Where to stay?

ACCOMMODATION

There are three options for your stay: (1) Barcelona, (2) Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB), and (3) Sant Cugat.

Conference rates are available for select hotels on a first-come, first-served basis (subject to availability). Please use the booking forms at the bottom of this page.

TIP: We recommend attendees check online rates prior to booking for the best price. 

Barcelona

Barcelona is approximately 30-45 minutes by train from the conference venue.

A limited number of discounted rooms (up to 15) are available at the following hotels:

• Hotel Amrey Sant Pau
  • Single (80,00 €) / Double (100,00 €)
  • Pre-booking open until 2 September 2019.
• Hotel Ayre Rosselló 
  • Single (135,00 €) / Double (140,00 €)
  • Pre-booking open until 10 October 2019.

Sant Cugat

Closer to the university, approximately 10 minutes by train, is the town of Sant Cugat. A limited number of discounted rooms are available:

  • Single (85 €) / Double (90 €)
  • Booking open until 16 September 2019. 

Campus

Stay at UAB and walk to the conference. Single and double rooms are available at Hotel Exe Campus from 69,00 €. Pre-booking is open until 16 September 2019.
