Friday November 22, 19h30 for 25, maximum 30 people. 

Walking tour around 1.5-2 hours through downtown Barcelona. Learn about the city's origin and evolution as well as some of it's old secrets and legends. Starting in the Gothic quarters, we will see the remnants of Bàrcino, the Roman colony founded over 2000 years ago. We'll also see some of the most important medieval buildings and the city's public and political center. We finish our walk by the beautiful Gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar in Born, a neighbourhood that during the medieval expansion, became the city's new economical and commercial center. 

Starting point: Plaça Nova (by the aqueduct) 

Endpoint: Santa Maria del Mar 

The tour is offered by Explica’m BarcelonaPayment will be in cash at the starting point of the event. Cost is 182 € (approximately 10-20€ per person), to be shared between participants.
